- If it is not feasible to inspect the product upon delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges made after this period will not be considered.
3. Request Processing:
- Upon receiving your request for a return, refund, or exchange, we will initiate an investigation into the issue.
- Our team will carefully assess the situation and make a decision accordingly.
4. Product Condition:
- To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

- If the fault lies with the customer (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with the return or exchange.
- If the fault is attributed to Shaajh, we will cover the delivery charges for the replacement item, excluding the initial delivery charge.
